Services

Zolqix provides digital marketing services including Local SEO, paid advertising management, website design, automation, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are set in individual client agreements.

Engagement Terms

Standard engagements include a 90-day initial commitment, after which terms convert to month-to-month with 30 days written notice required for cancellation. Ad spend is paid directly to ad platforms by the client and is not included in management retainers.

Performance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes (rankings, revenue, leads). Marketing results depend on many factors, including market conditions, ad platform algorithms, client cooperation, and competitive dynamics. We guarantee our process, transparency, and effort — not specific numbers.

Intellectual Property

Content created during engagement (creative, copy, designs, code) is owned by the client upon full payment, except for proprietary tools, frameworks, or methodologies that remain Zolqix property.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information confidential — including business strategies, financial data, and customer information shared during engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Zolqix\'s aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with disputes resolved in Cook County, Illinois.
